"It seems like the price is high for what you are getting. The location is beautiful by the ocean and within walking distance of the Bluff ocean trail. However, we were expecting a little bit more luxury. There was no unique character or coziness to the place you would expect of a boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room was rather small, although it was over looking the ocean."

"Diana and Noel are the best host and hostess we have experienced in years of staying in B&B accommodations. They are kind, helpful, and delightful company. "The situation in a woodland property was nice. The interior was nice , although probably more rustic than luxury. It was good to have an open fire, because the living area was cold without it : perhaps a heat pump as well would be a good idea. We had to get lots more firewood from the woodpile especially kindling as we lit the fire each morning and evening. The living area was quite dark.
