We booked a king room and received an accessible queen. Not the hotel’s fault at all but just know that when booking, you might not get what you expect so call ahead. Bed was comfy! Only rating 3 stars because it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere and we would’ve preferred to stay closer to town. Staff is VERY kind.

Great Value Inverness

Pleasantly surprised. The room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The staff, from check inn to dining room were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel offers direct phone to taxi service in lobby. It was 6.50GBP each way to Inverness city centre ... which was about 5 minute drive. The 10.99GBP breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

You can hear in the room all the noices from the street. The food from the restaurant is average and overpriced. Another thing is that they have false advertising. They gave us a drink menu and we asked for the Fizz Weekend Bottle of Prosecco, which is promoted at the menu, only to be told that it doesn't apply in Scotland, but still, they keep advertising the special without specifying that it does not apply there.
