"I would not recommend staying at this location. The manager refused to do anything about the noise and the room was damaged and not clean. The bed was uncomfortable too."

"The only concern was the sounds on the tub floor. When taking a shower and moving, it sounded like a installation issue. Otherwise everything was great! "

"Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

"I was booked at this property, and the day before my flight, the hotel called to inform me that I could not check in. They booked me into a lesser hotel for the same price. I was panicking and scrambling to find a hotel just before my flight to Ontario. They assured me that they would credit the amount back to me upon cancelling the booking. "The waterslide was working which was a hit with the kids. The hallways were noisy as the room doors are not properly sealed so all the hall noise leaks into the rooms. Otherwise a clean hotel and the beds are comfortable. "

"The hotel is very nice and conveniently located near the highway. However, there is nothing nearby in walking distance for an elderly.. the room is beautiful. A microwave would be nice. The restaurant “The Cannery” is wonderful and the staff are excellent. There is no free breakfast which is fine but for a Hilton, there is not free coffee that I could see. Overall a wonderful experience"
