"This property is so beautiful. Surrounded by olive trees. They must have spent a fortune converting the rooms and lobby area and all tastefully done. Our room was huge and airy. I have never seen a larger bath and shower in a room. My wife and I so enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was so appetizing and we looked forward to it every morning. Our room was spacious and clean, but a bit dark as it was below the main part of the property and not enough good lighting. Nice to have a terrace, but difficult to use as our neighbours needed to walk through it to get to their room. Also could do with better sound proofing as we could hear our neighbours chatting."

"The Villa Athena is an amazing luxury hotel with an amazing location. With a direct view of Greek temples, as well as private access, sets this property apart from others. In addition the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We also enjoyed our private balcony with direct access to the property and pool area. The staff was welcoming and attentive. I like the size of the resort as it feels more intimate and personalized. We also took advantage of the amazing restaurant as well. We will definitely return for another stay in the future."
