2/10 Terrible

"STRONG Chemical smell in the room upon check in. Front desk had no clue or solutions. "no other room was available." Had to sleep with the window open during a hot, humid evening. Run down. Bumpy hall carpet. rust in most places. Toilet sat so low, it was a struggle. Will not consider this one again. Very disappointed especially when I consider this brand to be better."

"The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. When we were there, the hotel was full and breakfast was busy the entire time. We tried going early, mid, and late times, but they still either did not have or ran out of things like eggs, yogurt, fruit, jelly, orange juice, cinnamon rolls, coffee sleeves. Overall, the experience was good."
