"The first room was not clean, had to move to another room, appeared to be clean. Water in shower lukewarm. One side of mattress had no support, I could not even lay on the side of the bed without rolling off, had to move to center and prop a pillow behind my back, the other side of mattress where my husband slept appeared to be fine. The AC unit sounded like jet planes taking off. The property said since they had to move us to another room, they had to charge us for the new room & they could...

"Air conditioning was horrible, pool was down for maintenance and the continental breakfast was only bagels, waffles and pancakes. Room was never cleaned and bedsheets never changed and we stayed for three night. Worst place I’ve ever stayed."

"This was a stop on our trip to bring my grandson home to Colorado from Houston. Traveling with a new born can be exhausting, so I was worried that we wouldn't be able to get a room on the ground floor. When I explained our situation, the front desk agent found us a room on the first floor that was close to the entrance so we didn't have to haul all of our gear too far. We slept well, and got a fresh start on the second leg of our trip. Thank you!"

"The people on the room above us waked us up around 11:00 pm. It seems like they were running, jumping up and down and being loud and plain discourteous to everyone around them. They were noisy until 1:00am. Called the front desk a couple of times to no avail."
