The staff is of a lower level and not professional or responsive. I was given wrong directions to the room frustrating especially since I was lugging luggage with me. "Upon our arrival apartment did not look like it was cleaned, floor still had stains,  balcony glass sliding doors was all dirty. They claimed because it was raining the day before, we arrived late in the afternoon on a sunny day.
