Lighting is terrible; no cabinet space in the bathrooms; no lighted spaces for makeup; I had to go to the front desk to replenish toilet tissue; no housekeeping - including changing towels. The only good thing was the location right next to the tram. "

"Advertised as ‘city centre’ but is about a 40/45 minute walk from the actual centre. There are trams however from The Point (red line) every few minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good on the restaurant. Room was clean and has tea/coffee etc in it. Hairdryer also. All in all a good place to stay to explore Dublin. If however you struggle to walk long distances I’d look for somewhere closer to the city centre. "

"Absolutely fabulous hotel! Visiting from Canada for a weekend of rugby and this hotel is right beside the Aviva. Walking distance to some nice shops, great breakfast on offer in the morning and the staff were incredible. Definitely our go to hotel when we visit Dublin. "
