"We were only there overnight for a resident graduation, so we didn’t use the amenities or eat breakfast, but the coffee was good, room was clean and nice. Smelled nice despite the hallway smelling like smoke (we were on the first floor and could see people smoking at the end of the hall , outside, with the door open. Staff was friendly, check in was easy, we were surprised it was as comfortable as it was. Would stay here again!"

"The staff at this hotel are incredible. Every single one we encountered reached out to greet us and ask if there was anything we needed. They also were all working hard to keep the hotel and property clean and shiny. The breakfast was very good. We missed the evening socials so I cant comment on those. The hotel looked brand new to us although we learned it had been open more than a year. It was a perfect location for visiting our family at ECU Children's hospital."

"My family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed having access to the pool during our visit. The complimentary continental breakfast was a great addition and provided everything we needed to start our day. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely stay here again."

"The shower has no pressure and minnmal heat, pillows go flat and you might as well lay on thr mattress sheets xand bedding like sand paper, smallest fridge can not even hold left overs from takeout. Coffee was mud water . Tv was ok nothing to write home about. Cost too much and cost more then just going through hotel."

The rooms closed up like majority of hotels has no freshness like the entrance did, the elevators did, the halls did. The breakfast was what I expected, nice selection and good. The staff friendly, professional, showed care, asked questions, spoke first, greetings."

"Room was clean, property well maintained. What wasn't acceptable was extremely low water pressure and the shower spewed water everywhere from the shower head. I have a lot of hair and took for every to rinse it out. We didn't need room cleaning but wanted fresh towels, was told to put them outside the room and they would put fresh in. We left for the day for my granddaughters HS graduation on a 101 day, there were no fresh towels, wash cloths to take a shower when we returned that night. ...
