I loved the attention to the customer. We had run out of toilet paper and the kids needed extra pillows and blankets, they helped at the front desk very quickly. Beware booking and prepaying with expedia. Your room type is not guaranteed. Also responses with staff regarding issues tend to be less than professional. This past stay I also over head valet openly talking in a disrespectful way about women.
