Schlern/Sciliar in the Dolomites! It's highest point is 2,563 m (8409 ft). And one of the most interesting mountains I've seen! My photo here was taken a little north of Bolzano/Bozen. No trip to the Dolomites is complete without visiting this! It's an iconic part of Northern Italy.

I took this in the legendary Dolomites! In Northern Italy, near Brixen/Bressanone. And this was from my last day in the Dolomites. And as far as beauty it was my favorite day! I loved seeing the fog in the mountains and valleys! And the beautiful winter forests :). This was one of my favorite viewpoints up there. I loved how low the fog was hanging! Yet also giving good views of the mountains. It was truly breathtaking to see. And this was only one of many spots around there. A great memory from December 2017!
