"This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to port, shops, restaurants, buses etc. Lots to see and do in the area. Hotel needs major upgrades, and regular cleaning. Another couple was also talking about how dirty the pool area was - from mold at the pool edges, hair clumps in and around the pool - it was not clean. Rooms were noisy with people throughout the night and day in the halls. Some tile patching was done in the bathrooms, but there was also holes still in the walls and a stain...

"Clean room and great excellent view from the balcony . Did not care much about the amenities as the pool and spa were not that clean and organized specially indoor pool was not in the level of a resort style. But overall loved the trip and staff were quite helpful"

The single room was actually a bit bigger than I expected from the pictures, which was good, perfectly enough for a single traveler. No dicen que la playa frente al hotel es privada y no te dejan estar ahí a menos de que pagues a otra compañía, aun así pues te mueves a un lado y ya... la playa es linda! y el bufette es bueno, solo que no puedes tomar tu mismo lo que deseas, las señoritas te lo ponen en una charola y hasta te lo llevan a tu mesa, la cual es pequeña y se llena con todas las cosas (porque pides todo junto) que pidieron tus compañeros de mesa. el aire acondicionado no es suficiente......
