"Breakfast is the highlight of the day!! Clean room, for the price it’s somewhat small. No bathtub in the room which is a surprise but there was a lot of outdoor soaking options so I guess that makes it not terrible. Dinner menu options become limited if you stay more than 1-2 days. Great spa area that can be reserved. Great outdoor pools options"

"Our stay for 2 nights here was delightful, we had beautiful spacious rooms with amazing views, balconies and excellent air conditioning. We were surprised that the pool was thermal and really warm!! This would have been lovely had the air temperature been cooler than 32 degrees! Walk up and down the hill was a challenge in the heat but plenty of electric taxis were available if you needed them! Really friendly and professional staff"

"My teen daughter and I just had a wonderful stay at the hotel and was truly the most perfect location in all of Ischia! The location was ideal and walkable to both ports which were so lovely and full of locals and people from all over. The hotel staff were amazing and the breakfast was fabulous with friendly and kind humans to talk to! So many wonderful hard working people to help make your travels truly memorable! We can't wait to go back!"

"Outstanding in beauty, staff, facilities and every detail! Excellent services, delicious food with literally hundreds of options. The view was stunning, the bed was comfortable, the room was perfect— get the jr suite for the huge patio with a view of the cliff and sea. We read in the garden, we swam in the pools, and soaked in the tubs of thermal waters. We made friends and got to know the staff— the army of servers were so attentive. There were people of all ages that we celebrated with at the Saturday night “banquet” where one of the gentlemen sung. The free breakfast was huge. — so many choices that I worry about them making a profit. How can they give so much and hire so many? The spa services were also great. Everything was top level but at a small price. Back home, this lodging would be 5 times the price. This hotel Grace is a hidden gem! The shuttle was on time except when I made them late once. Sorry. Pay attention to where they will pick you up after your adventure. We saw so much of the island but also wanted to just relax at the resort. It was a 5-star experience at a lesser price. We hope to return someday."

"We loved our stay in a suite for 3 Nights. The hotel grounds are gorgeous with flowers and lit paths and our suite was incredible. The thermal pools are lovely ( the swim caps take some time to get used to for non Italians). The hotel shuttle we booked was bumpy and I would not recommend It. The driver spoke no English and we had to sort a way to figure out where he was parked at the airport. Then when we arrived at the port, a driver put our luggage in the truck, demanded a voucher for the transfer to the hotel (which we did not have) and then took our luggage off the truck and left us at the port. We texted the hotel and someone else came and got us. He proceeded to loudly make fun of my family to the other passengers in Italian and dropped off people at random locations before we finally got to our hotel. Not what i was expecting for 55/pp premium transfer. However, the pool bar staff and Vickie at the front desk were outstanding and made our stay awesome. I was worried as the hotel doesn’t communicate through Expedia (how we booked) and via email demanded I pay a deposit via a link. I refused and the hotel staff didn’t seem to know about the emails so their website may be easily compromised. The hotel isn’t close to restaurants or shopping however the bus system is easily accessed. The beach is accessible by a path or shuttle from the hotel."
