The hotel in general was nice, clean and well maintained, however our room was below satisfaction, very small, the bathroom was very small and dated, difficult to use the shower as it was so small. The room felt very run down, cracked tiles and stained walls, aircon was poor. The terrace was enclosed with the walls of other terraces so no view. This area was also very run down, nothing like the photos listed. The rest of the hotel was pleasant though and staff very helpful. You need to wear a swim cap in the pool so these had to be purchased. Unfortunately wouldn’t return here because of the room condition. It’s a good base to explore Ischia if you don’t mind the room conditions, as it’s a good location.

I reserved 3 rooms. They did accommodate my request for ground level for one. However the a/c in the other 2 rooms did not work. It was not fixed during our stay resulting in the time in the rooms very uncomfortable. The pool area and breakfast was nice. Location was good

VÀldigt trevlig och hjÀlpsam personal i receptionen. HjÀlpte oss att ringa hyrbilsföretaget, gav tips om bra restauranger och utflyktstips. Bra standard pÄ rummet men badrummet skulle behöva en uppfrÀschning. Men negativt att vi mÄste betala för handduk den dagen vi hade checkat ut och hade sen avgÄng och ingen tvÄl fanns att tillgÄ!

Vi hade nÄgra underbara och varma dagar pÄ Ischia och Hotel Regina Palace Terme, som ligger bra till med gÄngavstÄnd till sevÀrdheter shoppinggatan och transport med buss till andra delar av ön. Personalen var trevlig och hjÀlpsam Àven om de vid poolens bar inte var sÄ duktiga pÄ engelska. Vi Äkte i juli dÀr det inte var sÄ mycket folk pÄ hotellet och det var lÀtt att hitta bord vid frukosten och plats vid poolen.

Ottima l’accoglienza e la posizione centrale in centro a Ischia. Buona la colazione. Le camere sono un po’ semplici e non troppo eleganti, i bagni piccoli e non rinnovati. L’hotel ù in zona Ztl quindi se arrivate in auto o in moto fatevi subito fare il permesso.

Sicuramente, la cortesia e gentilezza dello staff merita una menzione. In particolare, il signor Gianni Ăš di un'educazione e disponibilitĂ  di altri tempi. E' un peccato che la proprietĂ  non effettui dei lavori di ammodernamento perchĂš la posizione della struttura Ăš centrale rispetto al passeggio di Via Roma e ha delle potenzialitĂ . Infatti, l'hotel Ăš vecchiotto, sembra rimasto agli anni 90 con ancora tende, arredamento vecchio stile, mattonelle rotte, moquette e doccia usurata. Peccato che non diano gratuitamenti i teli mare e piscina, me lo sarei aspettato da un 4 stelle.

The staff was not helpful, the facility had potiential but it was old and minimal. There was a nice spa and treatment were excellent! Rooms were simple and morning breakfast was good. Watch your bill as they added extra charges, we never went to bar but there were charges. Great location block to main shopping street 3 blocks from beach. I would not stay there again, but we had a nice trip. There are many hotels to stay at in this area.

Hotellet stÄr som ett fyrstjÀrnigt hotell men dess standard Àr inte pÄ den nivÄn. Hotellet har troligen inte renoverats de senaste 20 Ären. Poolen som ser stor och hÀrlig ut pÄ bilderna Àr liten och personalen i poolbaren kan inte nÄgra drinkar. VÄrt rum luktade mögel efetr man duschat och nÀr vi pÄtalade detta i receptionen var de mycket tillmötesgÄende och gav oss ett nytt, bÀttre, rum. Dock nÄdde inte wi-fi upp till rummen. Hotellet ligger perfekt med nÀrhet till bÄde Ischia Porto och Ischia Ponte nÀra huvudgatan men Àr inte lika fint som dess klassificering eller vÀrt det priset.
