Impensabile pagare 170€ per una notte senza ricevere alcun servizio . Colazione squallida, terme inspiegabilmente chiuse di domenica (hotel terme...) , impossibilità di usare la piscina perché obbligatorio l’uso della cuffia ma nessun luogo aperto che le fornisse di domenica mattina. Camera spoglia, impossibilità di spegnere aria condizionata perché accesa h24 centralizzata , telecomando tv assente. Tutto molto trascurato... per niente un 4 stelle
