"We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time... The hotel is very sensely located and a 5 minute taxi ride away from the port. FYI taxi to the hotel is 20 euros. Hotel is beautiful and has a classy old timey feel with modern updates. Reception was fantastic and so helpful... They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone... Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind. "The hotel staff was extraordinary. From the restaurant staff to the breakfast crew, they met our every need with a smile. The front desk helped us with tours, directions, reservations, ferry times and everything in between. We felt very valued and cared for. The room was a bit small, but had an amazing view of the castle and a small balcony. Otherwise, the room was very well equipped with all we needed and nicely updated. "We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. They did an excellent job handling transport from Naples airport for a very fair price. The view is absolutely amazing with the castle and sea. The room was a great size with plenty of storage space to unpack. We had a sea front room with an amazing balcony for more space and to dry clothes. The patios and porches are so cute and breakfast on the patio with a sea view was so enjoyable every morning. The staff is wonderful form breakfast to evening drinks....
