"Such an excellent hotel. The staff here are so excellent including the breakfast buffet, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and 6th floor restaurant. They are very hospitable, awesome food for breakfast buffet and a La carte meals. Special shout out to : Murat, mahmutcan, caner, and gokhon. Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. "Excellent location and impeccable service. Close to metro station at Taksim square accessible to all major attractions. Staff at check in Desk went above and beyond. Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city. Will definitely come back and stay with intercontinental again. One of the best stays with Expedia over the past 5 years and maybe 10 years."
