Everything was perfect . The room was not queen bed size . It was single bed and put it together. You cant sleep at the middle . The place of the hotel Location not really fit for 5 stars hotel like golden tulib .

Ich bin echt positiv überrascht und ja fast schon verblüfft von dem Hotel. Über WhatsApp habe ich die organisatorischen und planerischen Sachen mit Frau Esra und Nilay unternommen. Die 2 Damen haben mir jeden Wunsche erfüllt und ich war sehr zufriedene. Das Personal waren stets am lächeln und hat und buchstäblich die Wünsche von den Lippen abgelesen. Kurz gefasst wage ich mit allem sehr zufrieden

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt im Golden Tulip Bayrampasha Istanbul. Jeden Tag war es extrem laut, da das Hotel offenbar gleichzeitig auch als Hochzeitslocation genutzt wird. An erholsamen Schlaf war dadurch kaum zu denken. Hinzu kam, dass wir die Rezeption mehr als fünfmal auf ein Problem mit der Badezimmertür hingewiesen haben: Die Schiebetür von Bad und WC ließ sich weder verschließen noch blieb sie in der Verankerung. Trotz mehrfacher Meldung wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Auch der allgemeine Zustand der Zimmer wirkte abgewohnt und ließ zu wünschen übrig. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse ist das inakzeptabel. Wir können das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
