"I had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of my trip. The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with amazing scenery and outstanding service."

"This place is nothing like the promotional photos. While the common areas are clearly designed for Instagram influencers, the room we were in was shabby, stained, and small — it looked nothing like the online photos. There is no restaurant on site, and the patio smelled like cigars. Also, they wanted $25 for a second blanket in a room with 2 queen beds. Moreover, the staff was the least helpful people we’ve met in Puerto Rico. (My guess is that they are beat down from having people complain...

". Excellent location, the hotel is suitable for the price. Excellent air conditioning, excellent hot water, clean bath and bathroom. It needs staff available at night, and I suggest adding some security staff. The TV must be updated with Smart TV."

"It's a relatively new hotel that seems extremelly old. The parking elevator were closed and you had to do some walking to get to the hotel. You have to be careful if have little kids since the pool bands you pull to adjust, if your kid, playing, extra adjust it, it turn into a circulation hazard. We were there for july 4th and while most of the pool was family with little kids, there were a DJ with music full of explicit words.
