"From check in to check out, the staff was amazing. Nothing was too hard for them to give to us. Friendly and so professional! The only thing is, we needed an iron in the room and we didnt have one but that was it. Clean, new, private and very well cooled. Excellent stay!"

"The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast staff, Carmen and Luz, were always pleasant and kind. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and always greeted us every time we walked in and out of the hotel. The security guard was super awesome. I will be returning to stay again"

"Three rooms. Requested 1st floor rooms. Room 1 room had toilet and shower faucets running water. Room was changed to 2nd floor. Room was clean, but in the morning we found a dead roach. Room 2: Smelled very bad, bed was made but dirty, small lizard and dead insects. Front desk admitted room was not used in a while Room was changed to 2 floor, was clean. Room 3: Clean but tv didn't work. This hotel has wonderful public areas but urgently needs a rehab. The reception and rooms also need...
