Hotel que parece de menor categoría.

Hotel de menor categoría de la que aparenta por su precio y estrellas. Habitación con numerosas taras: sofá roto, bañera hidromasaje no funciona, solería en mal estado, marco de puerta suelto, colchones muy utilizados que lo hacen incómodos, etc. Buffet mejorable. El hotel tiene 4 plantas en mucha superficie, los ascensores están junto a recepción, hay que caminar mucho a través de pasillos para llegar a tomar el ascensor. Durante toda mi estancia de los 3 ascensores 1 se mantuvo averiado.

Overall the property is nice with an excellent breakfast but cleanliness and staff were disappointing and unfriendly. Check-in took a very long time, we had to sit for 20 min. before we got our key, hairs in the bathroom and one really big tuft of hair on the shower wall. Staff at breakfast were grumpy, tables were not cleaned and set to be seated for new guests so we sat down at a table with tableware and napkins and got a wave and bad reply from the waiter (apparently those tables were meant for lunch already). We felt like we were not welcome at breakfast.

El hotel está muy bien, pero no es un cinco estrellas. La piscina es muy grande, la playa al lado, con tumbonas suficientes. La comida variada y rica, el personal amable. La limpieza está bien pero siempre a la hora de la siesta, algo un poco molesto, incluso un día no me hicieron la habitación. Los masajes una maravilla, las profesionales lo hacen muy bien. Se supone que es sólo para adultos pero el día que llegué había uno, había elegido específicamente este hotel por eso, me pareció que tendrían que prohibirlo o avisar de que es posible. También me parece terrible que lleven niños cuando se supone que es para adultos.

Me gustó lo que más la comida, solo añadir q en la cena no había postres sin gluten en los mostradores aunq al pedirlos a los camareros me los traían sin problema. Semana de relax

En general muy bien, habitación grande con buenas vistas, zona de piscina, hamacas de playa, desayuno. Aporto algunas cosas que se pueden mejorar: en la habitación una papelera más grande además de la del baño, una cafetera de cápsulas y cortinas que dejen pasar menos luz. Albornoz en el baño. En las hamacas de playa una mesita o similar para poder poner bebidas. Horario más extenso, a las 20 horas es muy pronto para irse con el sol que hay. Además un rato antes ya empiezan a recoger las hamacas y genera cierto agobio. Controlar la gente que deja cogidas las hamacas y no las usa en todo el día.

Aparcamiento lleno, lo tuve que dejar en la calle algunas dias en zona verde gratis y otros en zona naranja de pago bastante barato pero incomodo porque solo te pernite renovar 3 horas y los horarios son peculiares, por wjwmplo de lunes de domingo de 18 a 00:00, curioso, habitación en el extremo del hotel hay que subir en ascensor y recorrer todo todo todo el hotel por los pasillos, habitación superespaciosa,balcón también, paredes y alicatados nuevos ducha supernueva, carpinteria en genrral vieja y en estado regular, llaves de luces viejas y muy muy sucias en general, las limpié personalmente, suelos rústicos muy sucios llenos de pelos y sin fregar, ¿5 estrellas? No llega a 1 en limpieza, me sorprende mas yodavía porque veníamos de otro hotel del grupo hipotels barrosa playa y no parecen tener el mismo nivel de exigencia, en el playa barrosa jamás econtré nada ni en rincones ni llaves de luces, todo de 10, aquí tras 4 días la habitación empezaba a estar en condiciones, es como sino se hubiera limpiado para nuestra llegada, el bufet muy bueno supera al de barrosa playa claramente, actuaciones y ambiente durante la tarde y las cenas espectacular, un 10. Gestión de hamacas buena y gratis en la playa otro 10, playa barrosa suspende en esto.

Hotel muy tranquilo en lugar privilegiado.

Hotel tranquilo, con habitaciones grandes y con todas las comodidades. Buffet propio de 4 estrellas, con ciertos detalles que le hacen un poco más especial. Instalaciones en general muy buenas, tranquilidad absoluta al ser sólo adultos. Personal correcto, echando en falta más cercanía y amabilidad. Tuvimos la ocasión de tener una pequeña conversación con el Director del hotel, el cual mostró gran amabilidad y profesionalidad. Hotel muy comprometido con el cliente en general y que cuida los pequeños detalles. Para nosotros el punto fuerte es el ambiente tranquilo que hay el durante todo el día y el lugar privilegiado donde se encuentra el hotel.

Ideal para relax pero le falta algo para ser 5*.

Hotel perfecto para descansar, muy tranquilo y en zona idílica. Algunos aspectos se pueden mejorar al ser d 5 estrellas… El personal podría ser más amable, a algunos camareros les falta empatía en el servicio. Parking insuficiente, no hay plazas.

na semana de relax

Un hotel grande con espacios amplios, ideal para la situación actual de Covid. La habitación muy grande pero las camas podrían ser algo mejores. La limpieza de la habitación está bien. Pero la desinfeccion de las tumbonas De la piscina podría ser mejor. No hay pegatina verde en las tumbonas desinfectadas según dice el hotel. La desinfección consiste en dos apretones en la botella del spray sin más... Pero se cumplen bien las distancias y flujos de tráfico. En general nos hemos sentido seguros. Hemos visto dos veces parejas con bebés. No tenemos nada en contra de esto pero esto es un hotel para adultos solos, por lo que no se entiende muy bien. El desayuno espectacular! Con todo tipo de fruta, yogures, cuajada alemana (riquísimo!), salchichas, alubias, biscochos, zumos frescos, batidos etc etc. Actividades deportivas en la piscina por la mañana y actuaciones buenas por la noche. Tumbonas gratis en la playa con chiringuito donde se puede comer comida buena. Alrededor del hotel se encuentra fácilmente aparcamiento cerca y gratis. Todo en todo hemos pasado una semana estupenda y relajada. El pueblo de Isla Cristina no es de las más bonitas y limpias.... pero se puede comer bien en restaurantes cerca de la lonja! También el recorrido Por la lonja y en barco por la ría es aconsejable.

Una sugerencia para las recepcionistas de la entrada, cuando no tengan sitio en el aparcamiento y tengamos que aparcar en la calle, que digan a los clientes que tienen que pagar la zona regulada por el ayuntamiento.

Muy por encima de las espectativas

El mejor buffet en el que hemos estado, tanto por la calidad, elaboración y presentación de los platos. Destacaria la habilidad y atención de todo el personal, la comodidad en la piscina y playa. La ubicación del hotel rodeado de pinar es inmejorable. Un estancia muy tranquila tanto por las prácticas del hotel como por las medidas y protocolos anti COVID-19
