"The resort itself is very clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day. Unfortunately, that’s about the only positive thing I can say.
The staff were generally not very friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience feel cold. The food was honestly disappointing, and there were very few restaurants to choose from. The only restaurant we genuinely enjoyed was Hana.

"The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. "Very friendly and pleasant staff. Good food selections from various restaurants but not much entertainment available at night (maybe due to the FIFA World Cup). Rooms are clean but can use some renovation particularly sliding g doors to the balcony as it often off the track and keeps on coming off. Overall a positive experience."
