The food is extremely overpriced, there are thousands of crabs that kept us up all night, the door doesn't actually fully close so many bugs come into the room at night, the air conditioning is at a fixed temperature and you can't change it (it was way too cold we had to wear sweatpants and a sweater), many water leaks in the room, and there was no one else in the resort.
