"La Villa Promenade was the perfect location to stay for our time in Nice. Convenient access to the airport by tram, and train to Monaco as well. Literally a block from the beach, they provided towels as well. Near many beach clubs and the main streets with a ton of cafés, shops, restaurants. It was on a street that was quiet though, and felt very safe. Walking distance from Old Town Nice, and very accessible e-bikes as well. The room was very spacious and we had an ocean view. "Hôtel correct et chambre propre, idéal pour une nuit de passage en face de la gare. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est adorable en revanche pour l’accueil ça sera une chance sur deux ! Une personne s’est plié pour rendre service quand à la deuxième personne elle ne vous regarde pas en parlant et est condescendante ! "

"Visited with friends last week, lovely hotel with chatacter. We received a friendly welcome from reception staff. Rooms were bigger than expected, clean, smart and the little balcony made the room light & airy, a pleasant surprise. Kettle & hairdryer in rooms.
