"Issues with house keeping, rooms weren't cleaned daily. Ran out of tissues & toilet paper , was told someone would "be right up" and no one ever showed up. Coffee shop not open first two days of our stay. Pool was freezing! "

"Pros: cold air and hot shower Cons: Hard beds Nasty carpet. I walked from one bed to the bathroom for a shower and my feet were nasty. Smells like old wet dog One washcloth and 3 hand towels One bar of soap in the bathroom and no hand soap. 1 ply toilet paper. Just splurge on some 2 ply already. Customers will be happier and y’all willl save some $$ in the longer run. No mention of the following: there is a gentlemen’s club and bar very nearby. Like literally next door. The back is against a car dealership that keeps street lights on all night. Which shines into the windows that have coverings that don’t completely block out the light. There are also car garages and all you can hear is cars being worked on (unless it’s the weekend). The pictures of this place make it appear nice but it’s not really. Half the elevators don’t work. The morning coffee for their breakfast is horrible. The iron in the room was used to melt plastic at some point. The pillows are lumpy. The bed is hard. I shouldn’t have to go out and buy air freshener for my room. Oh and the door knob is about to fall off the bathroom door. And the WiFi sucks. Probably got what I paid for but I will never stay there again and would never recommend it."

"It was a good visit. Property was clean, and whoever is in the kitchen for break fast I appreciate them. The sausage were actually brown"

"There were spills all on the floor, ripped up chairs in rooms, pool is posted as they have one, then when you purchase the room and get there the pool is closed, and apparently has been since covid. Worker is extremely rude. Refused to help. Snapped at elderly customer. The ad is that they serve breakfast until 1030, well at 930 the lady cuts the lights off and you have to eat in the dark as she puts up the food. Refused to refill items that were out or low. Told people no, Turned the fridge with milk in it completely around so you couldnt get milk. Again this is at 930. A whole hour before close. When the other staff had multiple complaints they went to talk to her and she even told them no and go an attitude. But the worst part was the staff for check in. Her attitude and the way she talked to multiple customers and her refusing to help was absolutely ridiculous"
