"Staff at the main office were great. Friendly and helpful. Room was nice, not the cleanest I’ve been at, floors had some gross sticky stuff on them. No tv access at all unless I log into my own accounts. Even the neighbor next to me asked the same question, no tv stations at all included. All linens were nice amd comfortable. I did wake up in the morning to a vey large cockroach on the wall. "

"Incredible beach views, rooms are recently renovated and modernized. Great location in walking distance to local restaurants and shops. My feedback is regarding the fine details, which were lacking. We were issued USED fabric wristbands, which act as door keys. Please don’t give me a dirty wristband that a prior guest used and has visual dirt and wear marks. If you travel with kids and want easy - everything, this is your place! They have lavazza coffee machines and I enjoyed that a lot! Everything in the room was brand new! Literally EVERYTHING. "

"They seem to be short staffed (on transport and hotel restaurant). Hotel also has problems with “HVAC noise”. Request for room change not uncommon. This last trip my room was perfect!"

"Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with "
