The common room was not as bright and spacious as it pictured on their website. There is no kettle and they only give you one carton of free water. "Late flight, land, receive email saying we have to pay HK$29,414 deposit at check-in... Hotels usually place a pre-approval on your credit card, but HK$29,414 is AU$5,300! And must be actually paid, not pre-approved. Arrive 11:30pm, Myself, my wife, 2 children under 10, room booked accordingly. Told they are NOT a hotel, but serviced apartments, we are expected to sign a "lease" and pay 1 month deposit, which we get back 3 WEEKS after check out!!! Ridiculous! Argue for an hour,...
