"We received a warm welcome upon arrival.we arrived at 12:15pm so we were early and not able to access our room which is not the resorts fault. However there was no area to change and temporary storage or changing area so my grandsons could swim and the restaurants didn't open until 1pm. The staff in the restaurants continuesly mixed up our food orders, they brought adult meals before the children and were argumentative when mentioned the service errors. "There was no hot water for the showers, and the blow dryer didn't work. one of the plug sockets didn't work. There is no AC but asked for a fan and was accommodated. Breakfast was average. Pool and patio areas were great. "

"コスパ抜群のホテルでした。２週間過ごしたペルーで最も熱い湯がふんだんに使えました。もっと高価格のホテルにも泊まりましたので、このホテルは本当にこの価格でいいのかなと思ったぐらいです。その一方でトイレの水はなかなか溜まらずちょっと流れがよくありませんでしたので、施設に関しては星を一つ減らしました。女性がしきっている施設なので全館綺麗ですし、私たちの部屋から眺めるパティオはぶどう棚が素敵でした。また、そこで食べる朝食も、すぐ近くにあるキッチンで女性スタッフが総力をあげてつくる素朴でリーズナブルなものでした。部屋は12時まで使えるので、朝一番のナスカフライトから帰って、トイレ等を使って荷物をまとめる時間もじゅうぶんとれました。オススメです。"

"The hotel is not what we were told. There were no covers on the windows, the pool is under construction. We were misled on this hotel. Very disappointing. The only saving grace was the nice ladies who brought the coffee in the morning. The hotel should not rent until the property is ready."
