"Staff was not responsive to messages sent via Expedia. I sent two messages 2 days before our stay about requiring an accessible room for elderly parents…no response. Sent another message 1 day before our stay to follow up. No response. When I arrived at 3:00pm, I felt chastised when reception told me check-in is at 4pm.
