"Everyone and Everything was excellent. Extremely clean. At one point it smelled in the hallway on second floor as if a customer had smoked marijuana in the room. The staff put an air purifier in the hall and it made a great difference. This was my first time staying in an AC hotel and I love it. It has become one of my favorites."

"Our room was clean, the pool area was crowded, parking is an absolute mess.
The “free” parking is monopolized by the people going to the beach so expect to pay 150$+ just for parking.
You have to rent a microwave…rent for 20$…what…
the staff were all super nice, the valet guys were great to talk to and were super helpful.
I would 100% stay here again but if you’re looking for relaxing by the pool this isn’t the place. Kids everywhere at all times. I was told this was the place to recover...

"I loved the property and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I brought my pup and was surprised that a pet friendly hotel (and they were) had no where for my pup to potty. A one and a half foot strip of grass between the road and sidewalk is all there is. Other than that the pet friendly part is very true. I was happy that I could have my best friend anywhere I was. Except for pool area.

"Quick check in and out. It was in a great area surrounded by other hotels and only about 15 mins from downtown Jax.
The free breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was free so it is what it is. I used the ice machine way more and it makes pretty good ice, ha.
Overall, the room was nice enough. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner but the bed was super comfy and firm."

"Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was."
