"A very warm welcome from the owner when we arrived and he let us check in a few hours early. Room was perfectly clean and cosy while being a quarter of the price of local hotels. I'll definitely stay again when I return to Margate."

"As an averagely priced room.. this is pretty great. For what we paid we got a massive room, big bed, nice bathroom and would have had breakfast included (we had other stuff to get to so couldn't indulge). The staff were helpful and getting in/getting settled was easy. It's attached to a pretty nice pub too, which is always a bonus. Slight negatives are: parking isn't free, the charge to borrow a travel cot was silly £15 for the night, I think) and the shower was a little run down (seal around the door going etc).. also the TV wasn't actually tuned to anything or connected to the WiFi to cast a phone. Relatively minor quibbles given what we paid and what we needed the room for. Would definitely recommend!"
