Staff on reception lovely. When first entering the room the bedroom was clean but the sink looked like it had had coca cola tipped down it and not wiped down. Brown marks all over it. Great staff and they called when room was ready and stored our luggage for us. It was a visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and the location was brilliant as she is at the uni there. Lovely, clean and quirky room and very quiet too. Breakfast was also really nice and again, great staff.
