Great location walkable to dining and shopping. Close to the hospital I had to go too. The Spa was amazing and there is even a 24 hour hospital on site!

We had the 2 bedroom suit, was very big and comfortable. Only downside was there were no USB ports for charging so bring an adapter! House keeping were good and the breakfast was amazing for a 4 star hotel (different main food everyday). Guys at the desk were always helpful. It wasnt an issue for me or my family but there were a lot of people who had medical procedures so expect to see people walking around with bandages on their faces/heads etc

The room was incredibly well-equipped — everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, including a washing machine, which made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. It truly felt complete, like a home away from home. The overall quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail really stood out, and we appreciated how everything was arranged to make guests feel at ease. I would also like to give a special thank you to Ulgen from reception and Emine from housekeeping for their kindness and excellent service. They both contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here, it is a bit out of the way for all the attractions but there is a bus stop locally and a train station about 10-15 mins walk so accessible if you want to be a bit out of the centre, the hotel was clean and spacious and great for a comfortable relaxing stay. the loung area was nice and it was separate from the bedroom giving you a more home vibe than a hotel which was nice. the terrace was lovely and has some amazing views. i would come back to this hotel if i was in this area again

Hotel is super I loved it .. I booked a suit very spacious We stayed for 2 nights super clean super comfortable metro is 1 kilometer away Ünalan Metro station but busses are closer .. staff are kind specially Mr Yasin he was so friendly so polite.. sure will stay here again in future

The room was a good size and has a kitchen and clothes washer/dryer. There was no soap to wash the dishes. You can request soap for the clothes washer. We used it and our socks came out with black marks on them. The hotel is close to a huge mall with a grocery store if you need anything. Transportation is close by
