The hotel was really nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Especially Ali and Mert, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again in the future.

So when I arrived at hotel the staff were welcoming and spoke nicely the room I was given is smaller than looked in the pictures the corridor carpet was stained the dinning area looked clean the carpets in the room were baby stained lot of noise in the front of hotel the walls were stained the bed was not comfortable you could feel the springs pop Up and pillows were lumpy after complaining changed the room but that room was worse the carpets again badly stained the bed was not comfortable had to stay in hotel for three nights just didn’t care the hotel think twice before booking the only nice thing I liked was breakfast and shower the toilet and bathroom had hair on the floor was cleaned properly never again pay extra and get four star hotel

A new hotel wih a great location

It has a premium location next to Yenikape - Marmary station(main station), new hotel , great customer service especially from Semih!, just only the concers the standard room is very small which is very common in Istanbul.

Nice renovated property. Near to Marmaray and Metroline. Room Service staff need to be trained. They can knock at your door any time and open the door of the room without even waiting for a second. Management should look at ot.

1. Unclean Room: The room appeared unclean and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. 2. Misleading Photos: Hotel looks much worse in reality than advertised online. 3. Overpriced for the Quality: Extremely poor value for money. 4. Overpriced Breakfast: For the low quality, the breakfast was definitely not worth the cost. I would not stay here again and don’t recommend it to others if there is nothing change.

Great disappointment

The hotel cheated me. I was obliged to pay for breakfast during the booking. When I booked I wrote to them and told them that I'll be fasting and asked them to keep me my breakfast for sunset (Iftar) and they agreed. When I asked for Iftar they brougt me 2 pieces of cheese and tomatos and said this is breakfast. Although I told them I'm disapointed they never showed any compassion or professionalism or even tried to imorve that breakfast. I will never return to this hotel. Apart from this the rooms are small and the neighbourhood is unfriendly: full of beggers and stores which sell low qualidy products. The price is overrated for Istanbul.
