Convenient & budget friendly

Good proximity to the exhibition centre (TUYAP) and also very convenient to take public transport and has a nearby taxi stand from which the hotel calls their taxis from. One down side could be that the entrance is at the back and not the street side which means the cars need to drive some extra time instead of a simpler drop off on the street side. The room and the bathroom was of a good size and clean. I had to change my room due to low performance AC unit in the first room so if you need a stronger AC and a cooler room, ask for this when checking in. I liked the wireless charger unit in the room for the phones (my iphone worked well with it) which also had a type c connector. There wasn't any need to ask for an adaptor for my UK type plugs. The bed was very comfy, similar to any Hilton I have visited in the past. Haven't tried the breakfast however the restaurant looked very airy and bright. They also had some necessities for sale at the reception area like snacks, drinks etc.

Expedia provided 2 king-size beds in one room but the beds were single size and the manager was so careless and ignorant to deal with the problem that I was facing.As it was a late arrival I had to book another room to sleep. Because I had two of my kids with me. Never trust the photos provided.

They did not accept our reservation from expedi, they asked us to extra pay, more than double... after 2 hours of discussion and when I threatened them with the police, they gave in and accepted our reservation from Expedia... We also booked 3 triple rooms, and got 3 double rooms, then we went down to the reception again and asked for 3 triple rooms, then they added 1 extra bed to all 3 rooms... Desperately...

Internet & reception

I stayed a couple of days, internet was not reachable in my room, so I contacted the reception and brought "technician" his solution is that he made me feel as if I am part of the problem and I have to live with it. I came here to relax not fix internet issues with their routers. Even though internet was part of the package. The problem was never fixed and I had to go outside to make my calls.
