Staff is not professional and owners are aggressive. I do not recommend this hotel. The receptionist kept by mistake my passport after I checked in, didn't give it back as I checked out so I missed my flight, had to buy another ticket (370 euros). As I came back to fetch my passport, not only the owners of the hotel refused to compensate me but one was very aggressive with me, kept criticizing me, saying that I don't know how to travel, a very bad attitude. They didn't even give the minimum sign of hospitality like offering tea/water (I was exhausted coming back from the airport) or offering to pay back the two nights spent there. I had to beg 20 liras from the receptionist (who finally admitted his mistake and was humble unlike the owners) to pay the metro and go back to the airport.

Recommend hotel but take checks after each paymen

The hotel has a good location, 2 minutes to the main street Istiklal. There are many cafes around the hotel, there is a shop and a grocery store.Early check in and late check out the cost of a full day.The price for accommodation is pleasant, the rooms are good (clean, cleaned as necessary), breakfasts are also good.The menu was the same, but every day everything is fresh. Bagel and butter were especially delicious.The staff is friendly.For 4 days there was one unpleasant situation with paying for late check-out: on Saturday night I paid in cash for late check-out (cost of a day of staying at the hotel) by asking for a check,I was assured that there was no reason to worry, the check would be given when leaving the hotel, trusting this I left the reception desk without a receipt for payment, two days later, that is, on Monday evening, when it was necessary to leave the hotel, I was told that I did not pay for the late departure and began to demand payment.After some time of a showdown, requests to show the cameras and call the police and one of the main ones, they turned on the camera recording from Saturday and contacted the main person at the hotel, printed a check, which nevertheless indicated the payment.And without admitting guilt that the payment had already been taken after an hour, we were allowed to leave the hotel.The next day, the main person in charge of the hotel contacted me and apologized for the incident and his employee who was mistaken. Thank him for that.

Positive things: 1- Hotel is located in a GREAT place, it is very close to Istiklal street and Sisahane metro station. 2- Hotel is located in a very lively alley/street. 3- Receptionist and staff were very nice. Negative things: 1- If your room is on the first few floors it might be a bit noisy at night (from the street) but our room was at sixth floor, so we were good. 2- Internet signal is just OK, it is not very strong. 3- There is no shuttle to/from airport.
