Pros: close to Istiklal walking st. (tourist district), nice and polite staff, Wifi access Cons: limited facilities ( no fridge and kettle), staff barely understand english, should ask for your needs( e.g. I asked for shampoo, soap and air con remote)

The only good thing about the property is that it is in the middle of Istiklal street. Other than that, the staff don’t speak English (I had to use sign language). The receptionist would just barge into the dorm at 3:00 am and turn on the lights and rattle around then leave. It is too expensive to be considered a hostel given that they have no communal kitchen, no decent bathroom, no amenities to use. I would recommend this place only because of the location.

Lokasyon başta olmak üzere, konforlu bir otel. Mahmut Bey resepsiyonda çok ilgilendi, yardımcı oldu. Şehrin tam kalbinde rahat bir konaklama.

Ingen dagligt städ, jätte liten rum för 2 personer, rökning lukt, irriterande på andra gäster på andra rummen, men två personal var jätte trevliga och hjälpsam.

La habitación estaba sucia, había colillas detrás de la puerta y un olor a tabaco insoportable, el baño es tan pequeño que no es funcional, no limpiaron nunca la habitación en 4 dias y nunca nos cambiaron las toallas (tuvimos que cogerlas a las bravas) a pesar de pedirlas y rogarles que nos facilitasen las mismas, el recepcionista que esta por la noche es de lo mas desagradable y maleducado, la zona muy ruidosa y “chunga” no se puede dormir y es peligrosa por la noche, una estancia HORRIBLE, nada recomendable

Hotel nahe zur Istiklalstrasse und zu den Restaurants. Aber leider keine Sauberkeit und kein regelmäßiges Reinigen der Zimmer. Kein Klopapier. Keine Kühlschränke und Zimmer zu klein.

The pictures shown are completely different from the state of the place. The bathroom was dirty a nobody cleaned the areas during my stay, even my the shelf where I can put the stuff had a peace of bubble gum. The location is super near of the noise, so if you want take a rest is imposble.

El hotel deja mucho que desear en cuanto a limpieza y comodidad. Las instalaciones son pequeñas. Lo que más me molesto fue que tuvimos que hacer el test de COVID en el hotel y vinieron dos personas que supongo ni siquiera eran enfermeros. Lamentable. Ni siquiera nos dieron una copia del recibo. Supongo que el encargado de la recepción se quedó con parte del dinero. Cerca de 500 TL cuando en el hospital cuesta apenas 180 TL. No lo recomiendo a menos que quieran estar cerca de la peatonal. Mucho ruido en las habitaciones.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est exceptionnel lorsqu’on veut vivre l’expérience TAKSIM le quartier ne dort JAMAIS l’hôtel est à même pas 1min à pied de l’avenue où l’on peut faire les boutiques et manger encore à 1h du matin Il est aussi très bien placé sur cette grande avenue car à 10min de marché de part et d’autre il y a GALATA TOWER et TAKSIM SQUARE Enfin juste en bas de l’hôtel vous trouverez restaurants/ épiceries et station de taxi L’hotel a un excellent rapport qualité prix il est certes petit et simple mais en allant à Istanbul pour ma part c’est surtout l’emplacement qui était primordiale et le service !! Un grand merci à MURAT et son équipe qui on été toujours TRÈS À L’ECOUTE Je recommande pour les voyageurs qui souhaites être bien placés et qui souhaite un Bon lit pour se reposer et partir de plus belle et non pas pour ceux qui souhaitent passé des journées détentes à l’hôtel :)

the people they serve are friendly, but one of their employees sleeps in the shared room and does not let the guests sleep well, besides the bathroom is the same as the reception and the shower is in poor condition

Buon albergo

Pulizia molto buona. il bagno un pò piccolo ma comunque con appoggi e ganci per sistemare le proprie cose. Il letto molto molto colomdo. Si trova in una strada laterale con molta vita notturna (per me non era un problema perchè dormo sempre con i tappi per le orecchie). La colazione ha solo marmellata e miele come dolci; per il resto grandi scoprpacciate di olive e formaggi (6/7 tipologie per ognuno)
