From the very beginning, my experience with Nenessa Airport Hotel has been nothing short of exceptional. Even before arriving, the communication and support from the staff were thoughtful and reassuring, they made everything feel effortless and welcoming. Getting to the hotel from the airport was smooth, thanks to their clear guidance and care. Ahmet was able to help me out with clear directions and getting to and from an airport an hour away, I felt safe. After traveling for over a decade and staying in countless places, I can honestly say the hospitality here feels different — warmer, more genuine, and deeply human. The entire team truly cares about their guests, and that energy is felt the moment you walk in. The rooms are spotless, modern, and cozy. Thank you to the Nenessa Airport Hotel team for such a wonderful welcome to Turkey and for setting a new standard for true hospitality, I will definitely be back!

Good hotel for one night stay and close to the airport. Clean, friendly staff. Not to many dining options but again good for one or two night stays. I had another flight the next day.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. When we first arrived, it looked like a truly luxurious hotel from the outside, but I can't say the same about the rooms. The rooms were generally clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable, like standard bedsteads, constantly making noise. If I were to evaluate the hotel in terms of price and performance, I'd say it's ideal for the price. But they definitely need to make the rooms nicer and change the bed bases.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel. I didn’t get anyone to clean my room in those 3days although I requested. It is about 1hour and half away from the city center, where there’s a lot to do. Also they have very limited breakfast options. You only get bread and a plain omelet, no fruits vegetables or juice. Asides those things which were major to me, it shaped my vacation experience, the close proximity to the airport was nice.

Wonderful hotel, staff was very pleasant. We had booked a standard room but when front desk noticed we had 4 large luggage they upgraded us to a slightly bigger room. They pointed out some of the restaurants near by and a small market very close to hotel. Since we were leaving early to airport way before breakfast, they provided us with sandwiches for the road. I would definiatly stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the rides to/from the airport were timely. But… The hotel and room were pretty sketchy. The hotel is new, but the construction and finish are poor. Wires hanging out of the wall, light switch was not secured and was hanging out of the wall, toilet seat was broken, balcony door was broken from its hinges, the HVAC did not work, the room got very hot and stuffy, phone in the room did not work, and the room was not ready even though we arrived after 5:00 pm. The staff came knocking at the door late at night chasing a water intrusion problem, probably from the heavy rain at the time. Located on a busy/noisy street. The pictures in the hotel’s advertisement are not representative of what you really get. Rooms are very small and austere. Lastly, the room was clean and gave us a place to rest for the night, close to the airport, so we could catch our early morning flight.

Hotel - First visit to Turkey and circumstances meant needing a hotel quickly. Hotel looked great from pics but was in the middle of a construction zone. Breakfast - was limited and brought in a plate as the dining areas is still being constructed. Area - not much as it is a construction zone. Walking distance to small corner store where I had to get pit noodles as no means of eating otherwise. Room - ok but not much

Pleasantly surprised with this property. Modern and adequate facilities for an overnight stay. Breakfast was delivered to our room, tasty and healthy. Hotel also had the premium sports channel, which was a plus. Since we arrived late, we arranged transfers through the hotel and this was a seamless process. Reasonably priced and convenient location.

My room did not include a balcony, and I am not accustomed to paying for airport shuttle service. However other than these things, I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the gentleman who helped me bring my luggage to the room was very hospitable. The room was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff at the hotel upon check-in and check-out very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent and the airport transer very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful and brought to our room as arranged. The room was clean and offered plenty of space. That said, it was a bit sparse and could have benefitted from having a couple of side chairs to sit and relax in. As it was, we found ourself eating breakfast while sitting on the edge of the bed and using the two nightstandes to balance our plates on. Otherwise the experience met our expectations and the location and price were excellent.

Everything was good. Comfortable bed. Large shower. Friendly and helpful staff breakfast is delivered to your door at a time specified by you. It’s a cold plate of cheese, boiled egg, tomato, cucumber, thin slices of bread with jam, cold cut meat. Coffee and tea in the room with kettle. We used the taxi service to the airport. Very nice driver. He leaves every half hour (4,3:30,5,5:30 etc) I was going to order bi-taksi but the reviews were not good. Happy to ride in a large comfortable van. For a meal we walked down the street to a restaurant. Very convenient. Metro station into the city is a quick taxi ride (200 lira) or a 20 minute walk.
