Perfect location, friendly and accommodating staff with excellent customer service, willing to go above and beyond to ensure their guest are catered for. You will find live street music and cultural dances every weekend opposite the hotel. There are plenty of shops to choose from. This is one of my favourite hotels to stay at when visiting Umraniye.

This hotel was excellent. Having been to five star hotels in Istanbul i was surprised Ramada was four star and not five star hotel when i arrived. Staff are very good. Location is not as beautiful as the hotel but once you are inside the hotel it feels like you are in a different area.

nicht der hit. a) auf den bildern (fitnes)hat es gut ausgeschat, in wirklichkeit nicht brauchbar. b) zudem waren die Räumlichkeiten gescheslossn wegen renovierungs arbeiten. dazu bei der buchung kein Info diesbezüglich . frühstück für 15 euro absolut nicht angemessen. ausserhalb von hotel kann man für 5 euro weitaus besser frühstücken
