I booked this hotel because I was expecting a relaxing spa experience. While the hotel does have a spa, when I visited it felt extremely busy and more like a public facility rather than a peaceful hotel amenity. For the price, I honestly don’t feel it offers anything better than many hotels without a spa. It feels like you are paying extra for something that you could likely find elsewhere at a much lower cost.
I did not end up using the spa because of this, and overall I found the hotel to be overpriced for what it offers. Rooms are nothing special the whole hotel is just ok. I spent over 1000$ fir 6 days, definitely not worth it. The staff was pleasant, but I did not feel they went the extra mile to make the experience special, which is something I have experienced at many smaller hotels.
One example was when I paid 600 lira to have three postcards mailed. It has now been a month and a half, and they still have not arrived. I have no way of knowing what happened, but it was very disappointing and made me question the level of service.
I would not recommend this hotel unless the price was under $100 per night. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. Every stay is a learning experience, and this one helped me understand what I value more when choosing a hotel.
