The hotel is generally fine. It's very central, everything is within walking distance, and you can easily reach most attractions. The only thing is that they don't have A/C just heating and the beds and pillows aren't very comfortable.

Perfect Istanbul Stay

We were sent to another building, but the accomodation was clean, had great air conditioning and perfect for an easy stay. Rooms were spacious and accommodating. Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and most other spots were just a short tram ride away from Karakoy Tram Station.

Stayed for a week it has a great location for getting to the Old City and other activities. Staff were helpful and polite, room clean with daily room servicing.
