Satisfied with my stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — everything you need is close by, including tram and bus stations, as well as a great selection of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were given a lovely, peaceful room on the 5th floor, which was quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep and also includes the terrace. The breakfast was splendid, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location!

It is a great location! My family only stayed here for less than a night since we were flying in and out of Turkey within 24 hours. It is clean, hip, fresh, and appreciate they could accommodate my family trip of 6.

When I arrived to check in, I asked if it was possible to receive a complimentary upgrade, as I am a Gold member with Expedia and had received an email from your team suggesting this benefit. I was informed that an upgrade was available but only for an additional cost of €50. I mentioned that it should have been complimentary, but since I had no other option, I accepted and paid. The upgraded room was indeed larger, but unfortunately, the bathroom was outdated, with noticeable black marks on the door and on the shower floor. During my stay, I requested ice but was told that none was available. On the day of my early check-out, I went for breakfast at 7:00 AM. The chef on duty (a white Turkish lady) told me I could not take anything until 8:00 AM, even though the food was already set out. Her manner of addressing me as a guest was inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe proper training on guest interaction would be highly beneficial. In the end, I was only able to have a glass of milk, despite having paid for a full breakfast. Another major inconvenience was the noise at night. The nearby restaurant played loud music every evening until 2:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep early due to the volume. On a positive note, some of the reception staff were consistently helpful, offering water and assistance whenever needed.

Transit in Istanbul

The location is great and close to many good restaurants. The room is quite small and shower was very very small. The hotel is good for one night stay in the city if you don’t have luggage as there is no place in the room.

Good stay!

Very nice stay! Staff was kind and helpful. However, the room was not very noise isolating. You could hear the street and other guests quite easily. But all in all a good stay. Would recommend. Just remember earplugs if you’re sensitive.

I have stay at the hotel many times. How this was not a good experience. My parents room was dirty. Shower had small hair o. Them and pillow cover had stains. I love The hotel because of the location and they used to be very clean. This time not sure on how they missed these big details.

I will not come here agian, not recommanded!

My general idea is that, this hotel is good but overrated to be over 9. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Location is close to nice night life areas but you need to access hotel from a not very pleasent street and there is not driving access right in front of Hotel. I used the laundry service and it was a disappointment and waste of money. We as a big family, had 3 rooms and one of them suffered from an issue in toilet. Staff were nice , supportive and friendly.

Breakfast was so poor.It is made as economic as possible and not enough food for all.No juice,bread always finished.Only one option in bread.All was so cheap and bad quality. Hairs in omlet.Definitely worst breakfast what we have ever eat in hotel.Coffee machine worked only for one morning and then it was broken.Maybe it was only made look like broken because it was shown that hotel wanted to spend as little money for breakfast as possible.Very tiny and little place to eat breakfast.Almost impossible to eat on so littlr brakfast room.No places to sit for all people who want to have a breakfast.Definitely this is not 4 star hotel,maximum 3 star hotel.Can see that hotel manager is after money and try to make all as cheap as possible.Reception people were very friendly and nice.So that was very good think.Traffic voices and tram voices you can hear in your hotel room 24/7.Difficult to sleep well because of traffic voice.Maximum rate 7.

Poorly managed room.

Not the greatest I've experienced. Very late arrival. We were re taken to 2 different buildings at 1am. The bed sheets were not changed for 5 nights. Not enough towels. Very poor breakfast (although service was good). Emails had been sent prior to the stay requesting a good, clean room and the perks associated with hotels.com gold membership, but nothing. I was severly dissappointed. Very poorly managed hotel, however, staff were okay.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Leider ist es in den Zimmern sehr laut, sowohl hört man nahezu alles was auf den Straßen passiert, sowie die kleinsten Gespräche auf dem Flur. Besonders die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Der Teppichboden war sehr ekelhaft verschmutzt, sodass man ihn nur mit Schuhen betreten konnte. Die Handtücher waren ebenfalls dreckig.
