left with no hotel, tried to get more money of me!

i booked this hotel on champions league final night, only to get there and for them to tell me that they dont have my booking and that they dont deal with hotels.com to then be told, well we have a room but not for that price. i was a single female on her own , crying and telling them i had nowhere else to go. they insitsted they didnt work with hotels.com and that i should contact them. i did this and they left me with no hotel in the middle of istanbul! i was lucky to be alive in the morning when i left! Never book with this hotel! it should not be allowed to be in business with hotels.com. they lied and said they didnt receive my booking but i showed them the booking and wouldnt give me the room as i booked it!
