It was great experience with this brand new hotel from Hilton group. The room was a little too small but the luxury compensated everything. The location is perfect to walk around in the hart of Istanbul.

A perfect location for walking to all the historical attractions. The rooftop (open and with windows) restaurant on the top floor of the partner hotel beside the Ritus has an amazing view and great food/service. Excellent professional staff 24X7

I had a great stay at The Ritus Hotel, the facilities surpassed my expectations. A small and quirky boutique hotel situated in a prime location in Sultanamet Square, walking distance from most places I wanted to visit and a few steps away from the tram. The room was spotless with excellent amenities. The stylish decor and artwork really stood out and added to the unique cultural flair and feel of this boutique hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and super friendly, Huri, Baris and Samet, a special shout out to Emre and Hamza, I got a free upgrade to a king room and a complimentary buffet breakfast for my birthday - which was delicious and oppulent . As a solo traveller and new to Istanbul I felt safe and would definitely book again.

This new hotel is very clean and beautiful. Nice and quiet and located perfectly to walk to the key historical locations in Istanbul including the famous Bazaar. An additional benefit is the top floor restaurant at the adjacent hotel that has great food and an amazing view of the historical sites. Ritus will do all restaurant reservations and private driver arrangements. Very knowledgable professional staff!

Beautiful hotel. Room was small but immaculate, had everything we needed. Reception staff & concierge were great-no issues there. Very pleasant & helpful. Had to ask housekeeping on two days for cream for coffee as they hadn’t replaced what had been used. Also had items we brought in taken from the fridge in the room - no signs or notes to say we couldn’t put our own items in so disappointed with that.

We had such a great experience at The Ritus. The staff were truly amazing from the moment we arrived. Our taxi driver tried to overcharge us by 700 lira, but the hotel team immediately stepped in, greeted us right at the car, and brought us inside safely and kindly. We were welcomed with treats and a delicious coffee chosen by the Ritual, which was such a nice touch after traveling. The service continued the next morning at breakfast with more treats and the same warm hospitality. We honestly wish we had stayed more than one day. Wonderful vibes, incredibly thoughtful staff, and a perfect location. Highly recommend!

What a welcome… at check I was offered Turkish drinks and desserts. Someone assisted with my luggage. Can walk to several major tourist sites, restaurants, souvenir shops, tram and bus stop. They have a 24 hour gym and supplied me with water every day too.

Great Stay – Highly Recommend! I stayed at this newly opened hotel and had a really great experience. The location is super convenient, close to everything you might need. Since the hotel is new, everything is in great shape—modern, clean, and really comfortable. You can tell they’ve put thought into the design and details. Breakfast was a real highlight! So many choices and everything was fresh and tasty. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while. The staff were also amazing—really friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice, hassle-free place to stay!

We were greeted at the door by staff with a cart of treats and beverages. The staff, managed by Gorkem Oncel, treated us like we were the only guests in the hotel. They were friendly, accommodating and courteous. Every time we left and entered the hotel, we were greeted and asked if there was anything we needed. At one point, late at night, we returned to the hotel and I asked if they had ice cream. They said no but the staff offered to go down the street and get some for me which he did.
