"When I arrived the staff asked me for 1800 turkish lira, which I thought was for the key deposit as there English was very poor. On check out I was told no money back. I thought that I had paid Expedia for my stay there, and I wonder if hotel is taking money from expedia as well as for guests. My room was not cleaned at all during my stay. "The room was just okay. It did not look like the pictures, though, as we booked the room for the balcony... it was disappointing have a view of concrete out of our window. It was nice to have a washing machine and a larger living space, but the whole time we were there the room had a horrible smell that we just couldn't get rid of. The neighborhood is nice, especially if you want to avoid very busy tourism neighborhoods. Wifi also stopped working. "
