A lovely place, everything was perfect, from the pools and views to the breakfast and fancy showers. Staff were very kind, in particular, I want to thank Bayram in the reception. Extremely polite and helpful person. I would totally recommend this place!

I like this hotel it’s clean and beautiful, staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel located in Asian part of Istanbul but I m very happy that I chose this location because it very quiet area. Breakfast was excellent I never saw such thing in any hotel of the world, rich with different variety of food. Definitely I recommend this hotel.

I have stayed two times for quite a while at this hotel and they always amaze with the speed of their service. I never called for anything that didn’t show up immediately!!! The rooms are big and roomy, bedding always clean and crispy. All facilities, fitness room, sauna, massages are incredibly well maintained. Very close to hill town mall which is extra plus plus. And last but not least, everyone working at this hotel is super pleasant and helpful. Thank you Elite world grand hotel Kucukyali 🙏🙏🙏

Elite World Grand Istanbul Küçükyalı: Fair overall—clean, well-maintained, and a large property. However, the in-room snacks/coffee selection is poor for a 5-star hotel, and the customer service felt limited and at times rude. Staff did not seem willing to do the bare minimum expected at this level, and overall friendliness/service culture was disappointing.

The pictures online look different than in person. The hotel is very dated, rooms were not the cleanest. The rooms need to be painted. The furniture was showing wear, stains on the couch etc. Staff were very friendly and it was close to the Hilltown shopping mall so that is where we ate our meals. It was decent for what we needed it for.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Decor is very inviting and loving the facts that shampoo, conditioner and shower gel aren’t disposable bottles, great quality products used! Spa facilities are superb, it has a full gym, beautiful swimming pool but guests need swimming cap, unfortunately I didn’t have one but I used the steam room, sauna, shock shower, ice mountain, and I had an aromatherapy massage by lady called Ima from Bali, she was very good! The 4* reason being the breakfast buffets haven’t had a lot of choices especially the hotel received a lot of people from western countries so I feel like fried mushrooms, grilled tomatoes are lacking but we would not hesitate to come back! 10 minutes walking distance to Hilltown which we loved too!
