This a very new boutique hotel in the middle of the old city and close to many of the main attractions. The rooms are fairly small, but well equipped, extremely clean and fitted to a high standard. The staff were delightful and accommodated our various needs. Highly recommended.

This was my first time staying at GLK Hotel in Istanbul, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Salah at the front desk, who went out of his way to make us feel welcomed on our first arrival. The hotel is in a fantastic location, situated in a quieter part of Istanbul’s Old City. The Blue Mosque is within walking distance, along with many of the other key tourist attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. We booked a...

I picked this hotel due to previous reviews and the closeness to some bars and istikal street and a train station. On arrival we were lucky enough to get the top duplex which suited is for the extra size. Check in was very friendly and efficient. The staff even offered to arrange a tour for us along bosphorus river was a nice touch. Complimentary water was also provided. If i return to Istanbul i will definitely look to stay at The Story Pera again.

Excellent hotel and staff. Location may not be ideal for less mobile due to steep approach path/ roads but otherwise totally recommended

This hotel is a real find - two minutes walk from the heart of Istanbul's main sites in the old town, easy walking distance of all the bazaars and loads of restaurants and bars. The staff were really helpful, polite and efficient - it is small enough that the service feels genuinely personalised. The decor is good quality, looks recently refitted, and the beds very comfortable. The disadvantage of the small size is that the hotel only offers a good buffet breakfast, no other meals, and...

First of all, a huge thank you to Engin, Hussein, Murat and everyone at Emerald Mansion Hotel for being such wonderful hosts! They were warm, pleasant and welcoming from the moment I arrived at the hotel and Engin was more than happy to help plan my itinerary on days I made few plans. Hussein was equally as hospitable when booking my itinerary. I really cannot fault my stay at Emerald Mansion Hotel; it’s clean, new, comfortable and within striking distance to Sultanahmet Square where you can...

The Hotel is beautifully designed and well planned with every amenity we needed for our stay. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and many other tourist spots. Tram line is also very close by. Staff went the extra mile and were available 24hrs a day to help us with everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely use Fer again.

I had a great stay at the hotel, very conviently situated as it was near the main sites. The terrace restaurant had fantastic views of the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Extremely well located, close to İstiklal street, Şişane metro station. Lots of eating places close by. Staff very helpful. I had chosen a superior room which was extremely spacious and comfortable. My only criticism would be that their breakfast was unremarkable. Having got used to other hotels having a widespread breakfast buffet, the breakfast at this hotel was quite sparse.

Amiral Palace Hotel is a must for anybody visiting Istanbul. The property is located in the old town of Istanbul and is walking distance from the major sites of Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. The hotel has undergone a recent refurb and is the only hotel on the stretch to have a swimming pool and sauna facilities. It boasts a rooftop terrace and has its own renowned chef Mrs. Esra Tonelli who won Mastercook. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and are so helpful. Overall an...

We had a lovely welcoming stay at union hotel. Very convenient location and rooms with all the required amenities for a comfortable stay. We were greeted daily by the lovely staff who were always there to offer tea or coffee and see how we were doing. Special thanks to Mohammed, Mariam, Bilal, and Ali!

Everything was great! The room was very nice, clean and modern and the compliments gifts such as chocolates, cakes and snacks made my stay feel extra special and personalised. The staff were all very friendly and amazing - special thanks to doorman Ozgur who helped us when we checked out as our taxi was late and accompanied us for the whole time. The breakfast was high quality and had a large selection and the pool and spa were top quality and felt very luxurious. Plus, the convenience of having...

Brilliant hotel, excellent staff, the staff at the door were brilliant. Cannot fault this hotel, has woman only swimming which is great as no hotel as i am aware off has this facility. The architecture, the welcome drinks and dates, all absolutely brilliant, will come back again for sure.

It was my first trip to Istanbul and booked through Expedia. The hotel was in the old part of the city and beautifully appointed and clean. Would not hesitate to go back there with my family.

A great example of bygone days, if you like history you will love this property. Very helpful & friendly staff, welcoming and other best to accommodate any requests you may have.

Had good experience Hotel is near to all major visiting places Staff was very supportive

The DeCamando Galata, a Tribute Portfolio hotel was absolutely wonderful. Upon arrival we had an upgrade to a beautiful room. I had booked 2 rooms as we had my grown up children travelling with us and they ensured they had twin beds. The staff from front desk to the cleaner and then to the breakfast waiters were so attentive and helpful. Breakfast is like a feast! Breakfast is a roof top breakfast in their other hotel which is 2 minutes from our hotel on level 2. Our rooms were cleaned to a...

Great location, excellent service and brilliant restaurants. We stayed for four nights and had dinners in all the restaurants. Food quality (from Turkish to Japanese) is top notch. Hotel staff are always attentive and caring. In a nutshell, it is one of the best hotels we stayed in.
