Hotel is in very conveniently location and close to most of tour spots. I walked 5 or 6 to these tour spots. The AC is not working for my room even I told front desk about AC but they did not concern to check it.

This boutique hotel is a gem and was perfect in every way. It is a sweet and professional run. It is located directly across from the Blue Mosque which makes it enchanting. The location couldn’t have been better for restaurants, shopping and walking to all the sites, including the Grand Bazaar. The breakfast patio overlooks the blue ocean and the food was beautifully presented and it had a great variety with eggs, cold cuts, cheeses and much more. There was strong coffee plus a coffee machine that has espresso and cappuccino as well. It was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and would refer friends.

It was a wonderful stay, especially elevated by a room with a view of the Blue Mosque (looks great at night)! The service was excellent and we really enjoyed our overall stay. Would definitely rebook if we come to Istanbul again.

Great location—close to major sights and in a safe neighbourhood. However, the room was very small, with barely enough space for two suitcases, and cramped for two people to move around comfortably. We booked a double room with a sea view, but it was misleading—the "view" was only visible when stepping out onto the balcony and looking sharply to the side. At checkout, the reception offered to book us a taxi. Despite hearing concerns about yellow taxis in Istanbul, we trusted the hotel. Unfortunately, the driver demanded 1000TL without using the meter in a very aggressive manner, far above the usual 400–500TL fare. We got out, returned to the hotel, and booked an Uber Black instead—safe and fairly priced under 500TL. When we raised the issue, the staff member who helped us was gone, and the receptionist present was dismissive and unapologetic. Avoid yellow taxis—even those arranged by the hotel. Use public transport or Uber instead.

Both the hotel and the staff were fantastic. We staying in room 212, we were upgraded to this on our arrival. The room was stunning, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower had fantastic pressure and heat. We had breakfast at the hotel each day we stayed, there was a wide range in the buffet and we could request fresh omelettes. The only critique is that it would be helpful to know what could be requested beyond what was available at the buffet. The gentleman that appeared to be senior dining room staff was excellent, bringing us tea and coffee without us even thinking to ask while we were sat on the outside patio. There are lots of dinner options right nearby. There was ongoing works at the hotel, but these weren’t intrusive and were barely noticed. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to others. I was hesitant about a cave hotel as I was worried there would be damp and/or spiders, but there was none of this at all. This was a honeymoon trip, and we were welcomed with balloons, rose petals and wine in the room.

Directly in front of the Blue Mosque, stunning views especially at night if you have a Mosque facing room. The grounds were beautiful. The staff was absolutely wonderful and so t helpful. The downside was the bathroom and its trickle shower. Breakfast was included and just adequate. Just for the location alone, I would recommend this hotel.
