Funcionários nota 10

Atendimento nota 10 por parte dos funcionários. Principalmente os Tio da recreação infantil, Tio Cachinho e Tio Bigode. Minha filha (6 anos) amou eles. Comida na média, porém falta opções sem glúten e lactose. Bebida não tem vinhos, espumantes e whisky inclusos.

Hotel tem potencial

Hotel novo, apartamentos limpos, estrutura excelente, funcionários engajados, contudo, necessitam de um treinamento constante, a exceção do Leandro, que atende no bar da recepção que é excelente. A comida deixou a desejar, em que pese ter em Chef no hotel, o mesmo carrega muito nos temperos e as combinações são estranhas. Possuo filhos e criança quer comer arroz branco, carne e batata frita (feijão tinha todos os dias), mas as demais não. Enfim, entendo que o hotel tem potencial, mas precisa de um ajuste fino.

Boa opção para piscina interna aquecida! Comida saborosa e cumpre com a proposta de pensão completa. Bares bons. O “entretenimento” na piscina é divertido, porém com o som insalubremente alto! No contexto geral é um hotel bacana, mas o custo-benefício (pelo alto preço da diária) não é bom!

Uma pena a limpeza não ser top , porque um SPA tem que ser excelencia em capricho mas após estar hospedado e analisando o local percebi que talvez esteja faltando funcionarios na parte de limpeza , lendo comentarios de alguns hospedes vi que muitos comentaram sobre limpeza e eu concordo agora oque fiquei pensando é o seguinte tem reclamações sobre isto a meses e fica a pergunta ? eu percebi que pecam neste quesito e a Gerencia a meses não consegue perceber ? naõ consegue resolver ? ex: vidros do restaurante permaneceram sujos por dias falo da parte de dentro maozihas de crianças , banheiro da suite nao foi limpo nem quarto apenas arrumaram a cama trocaram toalhas fiquei 4 noites , piscinas escadas parte externa sujas , banheiro da piscina interna muito sujos no dia que usei , a copa do terceiro andar que tinha poeira em cima do microondas mas o lugar e fechado com pó ? tipo nao é limpo com frequencia , louça suja na pia ? nao pode tem que colocar chefia de limpeza urgente !!! sei que o local é grande mas é um SPA e necessita estar impecavel , no mais espero que a gerencia resolva porque o lugar é muito lindo funcionarios queridos educados sempre prontos a ajudar me senti muito a vontade em todos lugares deste SPA mas limpeza é fundamental na minha visão , amei o cafe da manha e jantar o atendimento dos funcionarios , amei a trilha sonara que rola no hotel, quarto amplo arejado então tem tudo para ser Top SPA 5 ESTRELAS mas não são

No geral a experiência foi boa, café da manhã foi a decepção, deixa a desejar, é preciso incrementar muito pra ficar a altura do que se espera para o padrão do hotel! Limpeza das piscinas também é preciso melhorar!! Outro ponto importante: dentro do espaço da piscina de bolinhas haviam duas tomadas sem proteção!!

Hotel lindo, maravilhoso, profissionais muito gentis e atenciosos. Mas .....não tem garagem para deixar o carro, o frigobar não gela nada pra não dizer que não funciona. A iniciar-se pelo check in. Hotel é um resort, não oferece auxilio na retirada das malas e levar ate o quarto... Atendimento muito fraco... Quarto como bate o sol a tarde inteira, ar condicionados não vencem gelar. Frigobar desabastecido... Áreas comuns não estavam limpas (teias de aranha nos tetos, banheiros limpados poucos vezes aos dias, piso do restaurante grudava o chinelo.. Pouquíssimos garçons na área das piscinas. Atendimento super demorado. Garçons até tentavam ser simpáticos mas pouquíssimo quadro de funcionários para atender demanda....Comida péssima, não condiz com a comida nossa região. ficamos 4 dias e todos os dias no cafe, almoço e janta o mesmo tipo de comida.... Não oferecem a opção a la parte.... Hotel em boa localização mas tem muitos pontos a melhorar.... Enfim diária (Valor) não condiz e não faz jus ao oferecido.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, os quartos são bons, porém mal administrado, com uma estrutura dessas esperava muito mais. Sem ninguem pra ajudar com as malas, frigobar desabastecido, tem que ficar pedindo agua todo tempo, sem garçons na piscina, demorava muito pra ser atendido, a estrutura toda parada, o ofuro sem poder usar, o que não muda nada da piscina ou ofuro, onde tem a musica ao vivo, estava otimo no sabado, porém só um dia, poderia ter muito mais atrações, os demais dias, o barzinho fechado, a cozinha pra fazer chimarrão completamente escondida, sem nenhuma erva a disposição. E a comida bah, desculpa sem condições, quem de ferias quer comer abobrinha, beringela, couve flor...todo dia, deixa muito a desejar. E sem falar que nao tem climatização nos corredores, sai dos quartos entra no corredor, um calorão! Deixa muito a desejar! Sugiro conhecer o hotel machadinho, que tem uma estrutura bem menor, porém o atendimento e comida, uma excelencia. E falta ter muitas atrações, até ter um spa, e também as musicas, um ambiente muito legal na piscina, pede umas musicas mais animadas, até pra vender mais bebidas.
