NÃO É RESORT, NÃO TEM SERVIÇO OU CONFORTO.

O conceito do hotel é bom mas a gente nota que "fazer economia" muitas vezes foi maior do que qualquer outra coisa. O hotel fornece UMA toalha por hospede que precisa ser trocada toda vez que precisamos de uma nova. As áreas da piscina NÃO tem sequer uma cadeira espreguiçadeira. A ducha da piscina interna só tem agua fria (foto). Não tem serviço nenhum em nenhuma das piscinas. Pasmem, NÃO tem sequer um guarda sol. O quarto é medíocre de tão pequeno (para um passar, o outro tem que sentar na cama) -vide foto e o guarda roupa (vide foto) daqueles hotéis de rodoviária que nem porta tem, só algumas divisórias. Percebe-se claramente a mentalidade de economia, inclusive pela TV no quarto que provavelmente seja menor do que 30 polegadas: uma piada. As piscinas externas são todas grudadas umas nas outras, não tendo nenhum clima de resort. ALIAS, ESTE HOTEL NÃO É UM RESORT. É um amontoado de piscinas, sem nenhum serviço ou estrutura de atendimento. A academia composta de uns poucos aparelhos e nem todos de primeira linha. O ar condicionado da academia tem as aletas grudados com fita adesiva. Construção enjambrada, com vigas que não tem altura suficiente (vide foto batendo a cabeça)e batem na tua testa, canos aparecendo, torneiras enferrujadas, etc. A sensação que da é que a mentalidade financeira se sobrepôs a mentalidade hoteleira.

Uma paisagem para não esquecer

Gostamos muito das refeições deliciosas, do atendimento da recepção, do apartamento aconchegante e da cama confortável, da piscina interna, além da vista maravilhosa para o lago. Não gostamos do barulho: acústica ruim no quarto, no banheiro ouve-se tudo o que o vizinho fala. Baile que termina depois das 23 horas e pessoas falando alto até meia-noite. Som alto na piscina interna. Microfone alto na hora das refeições. Outro ponto importante: estradas muito ruins para chegar ao hotel para quem vai do litoral de SC. Uma vergonha para o nosso estado.

O local é muito lindo, confortável, alimentação deliciosa, vários tipos de comida, café da tarde bem variado, como no café da manhã. Recreadores sempre ativos, piscina interna grande, porque quando fomos era muito frio e as piscinas externas, estava muito frio para usar. só deu um probleminha no chek-in que demoraram a achar nossa reserva. o Show a noite foi espetacular, um dia com festa junina e o outro show pelo dia dos namorados. ótimos cantores.

boa estadia, boa comida, muitas atividades, principalmente para crianças, pessoal muito educado, gentil e bem treinado. O único ponto negativo foi o tamanho do quarto e banheiro. A cama é queen e o banheiro muito pequeno.

Ótimo hotel para descanso em família

Vamos todos os anos para Itá, principalmente para descançar. A comida era muito boa (mas já foi muito melhor), quartos limpos, atendimento ótimo, inclusive por whatsapp antes do check-in.
