Não gostamos. 1) cartão de abrir a porta do quarto sempre desmagnetizava, tínhamos que descer para ativar o cartão novamente. 2) ar condicionado virado para a cabeça, nem alterando as paletas dava certo. 3) cama ruim e travesseiro muito alto 4) chuveiro esquentava e esfriava com frequência na hora do banho 5) café da manhã com variedades, mas sempre as mesmas coisas. 7) A localização e muito boa. 8) estacionamento gratuito

Hotel bem localizado,próximo a Avenida Brasil e Avenida Atlantica. São duas torres, a que ficamos parecia ser a mais antiga,pelas portas e tamanho do quarto que era enorme. Café da manhã maravilhoso,com uma variedade enorme. Uma coisa que não gostei sobre o café, é que o horário começa às 7h e como nosso vôos era cedo, saímos às 6:15 h sem tomar café. No mais ,uma ótima experiência

Não vale o custo. Café desorganizado e sujo
Não vale o preço, estou acostumada a me hospedar em BC em hotéis de mesmo padrão com custo até menor com muito mais conforto e qualidade. Hotel possui duas partes, uma muito antiga, em bom estado e com elevadores velhos e lentos. Que não seria problema se o custo fosse de um 2 estrelas. Mas o café da manhã foi a pior experiência: grande variedade de itens, porém nada de boa qualidade e apresentação. Frutas passadas, pães duros, frios duvidosos, bolos e salgados sem qualidade. Deviam focar no menos (bem preparado de boa procedência) que é mais assertivo. Fora a sujeira e falta de atendimento. Funcionários correndo (literalmente) sem preparo mínimo. Ex: pedi várias vezes que limpassem uma mesa para nós, quando enfim fizeram, retiraram o jogo americano sujo, limparam a mesa com álcool, e recolocou o mesmo jogo americano sujo com manchas e granolas por cima! Enfim… isso foi a única parte inacreditável, demais instalações só não estão compatíveis com o valor cobrado. Localização bem ok
